Three separate recalls in early 2025 (Jan 3 Kitten Mix, Jan 31 Natural Mix, Apr 11 Puppy & Kitten Mix) after Salmonella — and in the April action, Listeria — was found in frozen raw logs. Distributed in VA, MD, PA, CT, MA, NY, TN, RI, WI. Both bacteria can sicken pets and the people handling the food.

- Check your freezer for Blue Ridge Beef 2 lb logs from early 2025 — compare lot numbers N25/12/31, N25 1230, and N26 0114.
- Do not feed affected logs; return to the place of purchase or dispose of sealed, and sanitize bowls, surfaces, and hands.
