Hazard
Variable (low or elevated) vitamin D levels. Two recall actions (April and June 2026) covered milk replacer batches with vitamin D outside the safe range. Puppies are especially vulnerable: too much vitamin D causes kidney damage; too little impairs bone development.

What To Do If You Have This Product

  1. Stop using the affected milk replacer batches and contact Revival Animal Health for replacement or refund.
  2. If a puppy has been fed the product, watch for excessive thirst or urination, vomiting, weakness, or poor growth, and consult your veterinarian.
