- Variable (low or elevated) vitamin D levels. Two recall actions (April and June 2026) covered milk replacer batches with vitamin D outside the safe range. Puppies are especially vulnerable: too much vitamin D causes kidney damage; too little impairs bone development.
What To Do If You Have This Product
- Stop using the affected milk replacer batches and contact Revival Animal Health for replacement or refund.
- If a puppy has been fed the product, watch for excessive thirst or urination, vomiting, weakness, or poor growth, and consult your veterinarian.
